At Brand Therapy Co., we care about making every project smooth, professional, and stress-free. To do that, we have a few policies in place to keep things clear and fair for both sides.

 

Here are the highlights:

  • Communication: Email or business line only.

  • Turnaround: 7–21 business days (graphics) | 21–30 business days (websites).

  • Revisions: 3 included; extras are billed.

  • Payments: Due upfront before work begins.

  • Refunds: Not available for custom work.

  • Files: Delivered in high-quality, print- and web-ready formats.

These policies are here to protect your investment, respect our time, and keep every project on track. By booking with us, you’re not just buying a service — you’re partnering in a process designed to help your brand shine.

Hours of Operation -- 

  • Tuesday – Friday: 10AM – 6PM (Pacific Standard Time)

  • Weekends, Monday & Holidays: Closed

  • Cut-Off Time for Orders: 12PM (PST) / 3PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Payment & Expenses --

  • All payments must be made directly through the website.

  • No project will begin until full payment (or required deposit, if applicable) has been received.

  • Client is responsible for any additional costs such as stock images, fonts, or printing services.

Cancellations --

  • All payments are non-refundable. By booking a service, you agree that work begins immediately after submission form is received and time is reserved exclusively for your project.

  • If a client chooses to cancel after work has started, any completed work remains the property of Brand Therapy Co. and will not be delivered.

  • If a project is in its final stage, full payment must be processed/ cleared before ownership is transferred to the client.

Termination of Services --
Brand Therapy Co. reserves the right to terminate services at any time if a client:

  1. Rejects multiple designs without providing clear, constructive feedback.

  2. Requests work outside of the original agreement but refuses to pay for additional services.

  3. Makes unreasonable demands or deadlines that are not feasible.

  4. Fails to make timely decisions, causing significant project delays.

  5. Engages in harassment, disrespect, or unprofessional behavior.

  6. Is deemed “difficult to work with” after repeated communication issues.

If services are terminated for these reasons, no refunds will be issued.

Refunds & Store Credit --

  • All deposits and payments are 100% non-refundable due to the custom nature of our services.

  • Buyer’s remorse, changing your mind, or choosing another provider does not qualify for a refund.

  • Under rare circumstances, a store credit may be issued at the discretion of Brand Therapy Co. Store credits are valid for 1 year, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Turnaround Time --

  • Standard turnaround time is 7–21 business days for graphics and 21–30 business days for websites.

  • Turnaround begins only after the intake form and all project details have been submitted.

  • Rush fees are available for faster service and must be paid upfront.

  • Delays may occur due to high order volume, revisions, or client response times. Clients will be notified if additional time is needed.

Revisions & Proofs --

  • Each project includes 3 complimentary revisions. Additional revisions are billed at $25 per revision.

  • Requests outside the original submission form are subject to a $20 change fee and must be paid prior to adjustments.

  • Proofs must be reviewed carefully. Once a design is approved, any post-approval changes (colors, fonts, layouts, etc.) will incur a $25 revision fee.

File Formats & Final Delivery --

  • Final files are delivered in PNG, JPG, and PDF formats. EPS files provided when applicable.

  • Source files (AI/PSD) are not included unless purchased separately ($1,000).

  • All designs are sent digitally via email. Printing is available for an additional fee.

Ownership & Copyright --

  • Brand Therapy Co. retains full copyright of all designs until final payment is made.

  • Once final files are delivered and approved, the client is granted a license to use the work for its intended purpose.

  • Clients may not sell, resell, or transfer designs to third parties without written permission.

  • Drafts, concepts, and unused designs remain the property of Brand Therapy Co. and may not be used, shared, or posted.

  • NDA requests are available for an additional fee of ($500)  to cover lost promotional rights.

Ghosting Clause --

  • Clients who fail to respond for more than 72 hours will receive a follow-up email/text.

  • After 1 weeks of no communication, the project will be considered forfeited and no refund will be issued.

  • To restart a project, a restart fee will apply: $200 for websites and $35 for graphics.

Subscriptions --

  • Subscription/ Retainer based services do not roll over into the next month.

  • If details for subscription items (such as monthly flyers) are not submitted within 3 days of renewal, the turnaround is forfeited. Rush fees will apply to catch up on missed deadlines.

Photography & Image Use --

  • Professional photography ONLY  for all design services.

  • Stock images can be provided for $5 per image.

  • Low-quality photos (camera phone, social media screenshots, etc.) are no longer accepted.

Contact Policy --

  • All communication regarding projects must be conducted via email or via client portal

  • The Only time you will be contacted by the official business phone number is when your order is in production.

  • Messages sent via social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) will not be considered official communication regarding orders.

Terms & Conditions--

  • By submitting payment, you agree to all policies outlined above.

  • Policies are subject to change without notice.

Our Legal Rights--

Digital Product & Design Services Policy

 

All designs and design services provided by Brand Therapy Co. are classified as digital products. Once work has begun or deliverables have been provided, all sales are final and non-refundable.

 

Refunds will only be considered if no service or deliverable has been provided. Revisions are included only as outlined in the purchased service package; additional revisions may incur extra fees.

 

 

Legal Basis for Policy

 

Digital products are protected under the following:

 

  • U.S. Copyright Act (Title 17, U.S. Code): Digital works are intellectual property and cannot be duplicated, resold, or refunded once delivered.

  • Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Guidelines: Businesses may set a “no refunds on digital goods” policy as long as it is clearly disclosed to the consumer before purchase.

 

By purchasing from Brand Therapy Co., the Client acknowledges and agrees to this non-refundable digital product and design service policy.
