Turnaround Time: Standard turnaround for all logo services is 7–10 business days unless a rush fee is applied.

Important Details:Each revision request requires an additional 4 business days for completion.

 

Important Notice: An intake form must be submitted for all projects. Turnaround time begins only after the completed intake form has been received.

 

After 24-48 hours of your purchase, if you have not submitted a project design form, you can expect a follow-up email with a link to a project questionnaire where you can provide all the details we need to complete your project.

Project Abandonment: 

You are allocated a window of 10 business days to submit your signed contract and completed order form. Failure to comply with these submission requirements will lead to project closure without a refund.

To reopen a project, an abandonment fee ranging from $25 to $150, depending on the service purchased, will be charged.
